Yes, it is legal to purchase cannabis from our store, we are fully licensed and compliant with Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
What is the legal age to purchase cannabis?
The legal age to purchase cannabis varies by location. In British Columbia the legal age is 19.
What forms of identification are accepted for purchasing cannabis?
We accept government-issued photo IDs such as driver's licenses, passports, and provincial cards
including BC Service cards.
Do I need a medical marijuana card to shop at your store?
No, you do not need a medical marijuana card to purchase cannabis from Cloud Nine.
Can I consume cannabis on the premises?
No, consumption of cannabis on the premises is not allowed.
Can I place an order online for pickup?
Yes, we offer online ordering for pickup. Please visit our our store pages at the top for live up to date
menus.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, debit and credit cards for in-store purchases. At this time we are unable to
accept American Express.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we always have discounted products. We offer daily deals every day of the week on entire product
catagories.
Is there parking available at your stores?
Yes, we have ample parking available. Our Fort street location has street parking or you may use the
View St Parkade located at 743 View St, 1 hour free parking available on the lower two floors. Our
Shelbourne location has ample mall parking.
How do I know which strain is right for me?
Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are here to help guide you in choosing the right strain based on
your preferences and needs.
Are your products tested for quality and potency?
Yes, all our products go through rigorous testing to ensure they meet quality and potency standards.
Legal cannabis products sold in our stores require approval from Health Canada for reliable results.
Can I bring my pet into the store?
Pets are generally allowed in the store. Please keep them on leash at all times and be respectful to the
space of other customers. As well, Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.
What should I do if I have a negative reaction to a product?
If you experience any adverse effects after using a product, please stop using it immediately and seek
medical attention if necessary.
How do you ensure customer privacy and confidentiality?
We take customer privacy seriously and have strict protocols in place to protect your personal
information. We do not sell our individual customer data to third parties.
