Our Story
Established in 2015, Cloud Nine was born out of a passion for providing a safe, clean, and welcoming space for cannabis enthusiasts, both seasoned veterans
and those new to the scene. Our founder Brandon Arsens, envisioned a store where knowledge, quality, and authenticity converge. We originally opened as a
Medical Cannabis Retailer sourcing only the highest quality products. Cloud Nine has been named "Best Dispensary in B.C." numerous times by Leafly,
"Leafly is the world's largest and most trusted destination to discover cannabis products". The Government of Canada legalized, regulated, and restricted
access to cannabis on October 17, 2018. We had a temporary closure while awaiting licensing and on April 14th, 2019 Cloud Nine Collective Re-opened as the first legal
cannabis store in B.C.'s capital.
